Terms & Conditions
-
Wetherly Travel provides personalized travel planning, recommendations, itinerary development, and assistance with travel arrangements.
By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
-
Travel recommendations, pricing, availability, accommodations, and itinerary details are subject to change until reservations are confirmed.
Prices may change due to availability, supplier pricing, taxes, fees, currency fluctuations, or other circumstances outside Wetherly Travel's control.
-
Travel reservations may require deposits or full payment according to the policies of the applicable hotel, airline, tour operator, or other travel supplier.
Any planning or service fees charged directly by Wetherly Travel will be communicated before you commit to our services.
By approving a booking, you agree to the pricing, payment requirements, and applicable supplier terms presented to you.
-
Cancellation, change, refund, and credit policies vary by travel supplier.
Some reservations may be nonrefundable or subject to cancellation or modification fees. Wetherly Travel cannot guarantee refunds or exceptions outside of a supplier's stated policies.
Any planning or service fees charged by Wetherly Travel may be separate from supplier cancellation and refund policies.
-
Hotels, airlines, cruise lines, tour operators, transportation companies, and other travel providers are independent third parties.
Wetherly Travel is not responsible for the acts, omissions, cancellations, delays, schedule changes, service disruptions, or other actions of independent travel suppliers.
We will always make reasonable efforts to assist our clients when travel disruptions occur.
-
Travelers are responsible for reviewing their itinerary and confirming that names, dates, destinations, flights, accommodations, and other booking information are correct.
Travelers are also responsible for obtaining and maintaining all necessary passports, visas, identification, documentation, and other requirements for their destination.
-
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to help protect against unexpected cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, interruptions, lost belongings, and other travel-related risks.
Travelers who decline travel insurance accept responsibility for costs or losses that may otherwise have been covered by an appropriate policy.
-
Travel can be affected by circumstances outside anyone's control, including weather, natural disasters, government actions, strikes, transportation disruptions, health emergencies, and other unexpected events.
Wetherly Travel is not responsible for losses resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control, although we will make reasonable efforts to assist clients when disruptions occur.
